Better then pillar pods IMO

Seems quite involved for some pretty simple gauges, the lm-3 especially. Nice gauges though, I like them on the pillar better though.

PS watched again, that is a long warm up on that O2 sensor

I dig it...Get a Supercharger so I dont have to remind you how much of a loser you are for running a boost guage w/o one. Its sleek, its clean, its unique! Good Job!

Not a fan of them being on the column...I'd rather have the pillar pods.

However, I would prefer to be S/C'd with column pods than N/A with no pods!

Looking at it again, I think a single Pod set up on the column would be clean as heck and wouldnt interfer with viewing of any guages. Then drop the second one in the guage pod where the cig lighter is.

Looks good, but I am not a fan of gauges on the column or the pillar. I would just put a boost gauge where the lighter is located. I just like the clean stock look. But you have to put them some were though. Great job.

Mat the pod looks good, can I ask how who made it, you should get them to duplicate the OEM pod at the shifter since there are only about six left, and they went from 89.00 last year to 260.00 this year, and that is with out the guages there another 300.00

I was saying:
I would rather have your setup, even though I don't like the gauge position on your car, because you have a supercharger...instead of my gaugeless (and therefore N/A) car.

If you know anything about innovate gauges then you know that they are FAR from "simple gauges". The LM-3 isnt just for the gauge, its a full engine monitoring system. It has the most precise MAP readings available. Think of it as "wide banding" your boost gauge. The innovate's also have safety features in the programing. While dyno tuning you are able to set the system to read your boost and a/f ratio at the same time as well as RPM so as if you have a "fuel issue" the gauges will blink and pulse (you can hook up an alarm as well) THAT is why they are in a "heads up" position. I want to be able to see whats going on without haveing to look down at my lighter pod. :)

Oh :) I love you too Now I've got a warm feeling. I don't know where it came from.

Hemi's suck! :banana2: Love the power, hate the gas mileage (even with the MDS). If the motor/trans on this one goes, I'll seriously consider a 4v 4.6 with 4R70w and make it RWD...or an EcoBoost V6 or something cool. Would piss off the MoPar guys somethin' fierce!

Actually I know quite a bit about it, and I tune my own car hence the comment. Once you actually get the car on the dyno you'll see why I say it's quite involved, and really not needed. It's not like the car is a turbo, the boost is what it is always... and the dyno will be logging your a/f and rpm. It's your money you can spend it how you like, the innovative controllers don't make tuning easier when it comes to this car though. It's not like it's the type of car that needs constant re tuning

Lol, I love when guys put a tach in their car that already has a tach. The only justification for that is the engine revs into the range that only the aftermarket tach can read, in which case I'm no longer amused, but frightened. :(

At least the setup on that Evo looks clean, if not cluttered.

They block the stock guages too much, but I appreciate the effort.
I like the clean layout of the stock Marauder, but I HATE the dummy oil pressure guage!

I didnt buy them for the ease of tuning, i bought them for a more precise heads-up reading, for a safer reading (blinking, alarm, etc) and for a analog sweep and digital readout in one gauge. Plus having them in my car gets me laid more.

Looks good Matt... I much prefer it to the way the KB-S was set up.

Bob I love the badgeless trunk. Mine was badgeless but didnt pose as a KB-S lol  And Bob for the love of god, I believe I still have a set of stock Marauder tips in my basement, please get a set of them!!!

Are you talking about the gauges themselves or the placement of them?

Myself i'd prefer them on the A-pillar...but it's not my car. We all have done some things to our car that others may not like, but in the end we are the ones who have to drive it.

I put those Magnaflow tips on thinking I would like the look and really don't like them myself...I have my originals hollowed out and ready to install in the spring....

...as for pose'ing its alot tougher then it looks...I have to be careful not to race anyone and lose badly for fear of ruining the KB name :D
