I have had this fixed before but after a long road trip with a few jaunts into the 80-90mph range and I discovered oil splatter inside the wheel. I don't see anything from day to day driving just after road trips. Anyone have a fix? Thanks.

If your MM was built before 1/1/03, it could need the axles, bearings and seals replaced.
When you say fixed what was done? I would check that the axle fluid is not overfilled and the vent isn't plugged if those are OK. Remove the axle check the machined face for scoring, if damaged replace the axle, axle bearing, & seal. If the axle is OK just replace the seal and bearing.

I had the rear rebuilt. New everything, axles, bearings, seals...the whole shabang.

This does not appear to be the axle bearing problem. In the axle bearing problem, noise develops and metal particles would show up during a differential gear oil change. This was a pre-Jan 2003 Build Date problem.
You may have a balance or eccentric shaft problem where the seal can not fully seal during high speed.
Also when a new axle seal is installed, extra care must be taken to prevent the axle from nicking the seal. If the seal is nicked, it will start leaking early. The cheapest solution is to replace the axle seal again.
For the other problems, I would consider looking for a junked 2004 Marauder. Buy the rear axle assembly and swap out.

Thanks, I never noticed it, but will look for it and check to make sure it is clear when it warms up.
