FINALLY got my Floormats!!!

Wow they are nice OEM Mercury Winter floor mats.
I ordered them in early December 2009 - just came in today. :rolleyes:

It has the grommet hole for the standard plastic floor anchor, has the Mercury logo made right into the mold, nice deep water/slush channels.

The drivers side is SHORT - passenger side goes all the way up to the dash, drivers side shops short. I'm not sure if I like it or not. It's length ends right about where the "built in" little black pad that is underneath.

I know that there was someone else here waiting on OEM Mercury winter floor mats -- they should be in!

Anyone else have this "short" design? Do you like it?

There's a "winter" floormat?
I just went out and bought a 2.99 rubber mat and cut it to fit, then glued it on my old worn floormat, like a heelpad. Works pretty good, and I can keep my "good" floormats nice.

I've got some excellent rubber mats that cover the original floor mats, they're weathertech I think, same people who make those great rain shades. I got them as a gift, I think from costco or some wholesaler. They hold up great, they still look new, don't move when you shift your feet on them and are sturdy!

those people are always advertising on tv. i have husky floor liners in the bronco and i love em. no clue if they make em for a panther

Well here are the pictures. I'm not sure if I like the short design on the drivers side. I wish it was a mirror of the passenger. They are good oem quality however.

I didnt realize they made it short on the drivers side. Is that something new???

You can see mine in the pics on my for sale thread (cant get photobucket links at work computer so cant post here). The drivers side is definitely not shorter than the passenger side.

Anyone have a picture of the original ones that fit the 2003? 1W3Z 5413086 EA before they shortened the driver side mat in 2009?
