Alright guys, I've searched and searched and can't find what I'm looking for so I'm posting my dilemma. The blower motor for the heater / ac will not shut off. It functions fine with the exception of a slight rattle that sounds like a fan blade striking the housing. When the eatc is turned off the blower actually keeps going and seems to pick up speed and blows out harder. I pulled the fuse / relay for it and it shuts off but as soon as the fuse is replaced it comes right back on and will not shut off. Is the blower controlled by the EATC? I replaced the o-ringslast year and am wondering if these two problems were related. Any help would be appreciated.

Hack

p.s. after further trouble stooting it seems the air speed will not adjust down and is stuck on high.

Thats strange...I never heard of one dieing in full on position but i guess anything is possible ....usually its a bad solder joint in there that cause a great deal of nothing to happen....

Is there really a Blower Control Module and where would it be?
