Crap! I have to move again! I just got to Dallas in August, now I'm off to Fort Hood (Killeen).

I've been hired by a gov't contractor (DynCorp ,.. if anyone cares)to fix Army helicopters.

I'll try to come to the monthly meeting as often as possible!

Hey IK04,.. Copperas Cove, TX will be a 2 Marauder town starting next week!

Well that sucks. Well the part about moving anyway. Being employed is good. :)

Well at least you'll be able to keep in touch via the net:)

On the plus you will make money$$$ so more toys and goodies for the Marauder...

Tom, glad about the job, sad about the move. At least it's better than Iraq--the winters aren't too bad and spring comes early. Keep in touch and visit as often as possible--we'll miss you. Maury

You are partially correct Todd! I'll be getting a chip for xmas. The biggest thing I'm getting my MM is a garage! ..and I guess I should go ahead and get the optional house that comes with it!

I guess Ft. Hood is alot better than taking a job in Iraq, safety wise,.... money wise,.. I could've bought a supercharger with 2 weeks pay! oh,.. well,..

Thanks again!

Good luck Tom, Hope to see you at the Chucks and other events.
By the way, it takes forever to get valve covers chromed.
Good shops seem to be busy and way behind.

Tom:

Good luck with the move...sorry we missed you on 'flight' day.

I understand the 'following the work deal'. My company just made the offer of Austin, Tx. Big removal job...3 years worth...but ALL nights. I'd lose my mind, AND my house....

Some how far is the move...I know the cities, but not their locations.

Hey Barry, Fort Hood is about 150? miles south of Dallas, it took me 2 hours and 20 min. one way. I'm not too familiar with the location either.

Petro! Stayin' stateside!

Glad to hear that.

I moved a lot too. It's no fun, but your alternative choices were sooo harsh. Yikes.

Good luck at the new job and with the new digs.
