How many miles? Try SeaFoaming it first a few times.

if your motor sounds good, and dont smoke, you dont need to rebuild it unless you plan on putting a supercharger on it... try replacing the plugs cleaning the TB and the Mass airflow sensor, bottle of fuel injector cleaner, or even replace the injectors. That should wake it up a bit. just dont forget to reset the computer afterwords by leaving th battery disconected for 10 min.

How many miles on the engine?

Is it stock or has it had any mods done to it?

When's the last time you did a tune up?

Define "weak"... won't it go over 25 mph, do you have to get out and push it up hills, do Yugos sail past you at WOT, all of the above? :dunno:
