It really is an adventure finding OEM rears, NTW said they couldnt even order them; finally found them at Discount Tire in Garland for $190 each (yikes, not much of a discount!), they come in tommorrow. I could probably have squeezed another couple of thousand miles out of my present rear tires but went ahead and pulled the trigger.

I'd be interested to know what the manufactured date code is on those - I mean, are these NOS or recently made.

You can get Hankooks in a larger size for less than $160.00 each. IMHO a much better tire than the stock tires.

I have two new ones sitting in the garage I paid $250 shipped from a shop on Ebay. Factory blems with the "mount this side out" on the wrong side is all. Check ebay, the guy had like 15 sets?

Each to their own, I think those taller tires all look like snow tires on our cars myself. The OEMs look good and are plenty sticky enough for me, not perfect but I like em.

+1 Stick with stock tires!

Make sure they are not reversed.. I found out the hard way.

From the build dates on my tires looks like BFG made a run of them last summer. Thats a good thing!

Nice! Who told you about that? :D

Now I just need fronts - Rack has them for $142 each. Way cheaper that "east coast tire"

I bought a pair of these from Tire rack, they thought I was nuts when I found the tread pattern was reversed when the "mount this side in" was inside...
Easy fix was to reverse mount them..........

Here they are listed for 249.00 a PAIR !! DEAL if your looking for OEM`S

$142 each!!! Thats a crock! I have NEVER paid more that $87 from tire rack. They have deals on these all the time, especially considering they are exact replacements for all four on 05 and up Mustang GT's.

I do need a new set of nice Stiff W rated OEM KDWS fronts for spring.
Please PM me if you've found a good price for new fronts!
