aero turbines installed

Had my aero turbines installed yesterday...im definately happy with the sound...no drone so far! Thought they would be a little louder...but i didnt want obnoxiously loud so im gonna leave it for now but i guess from here if i want alittle more sound i'll remove the rear cats...My question is how much louder will that make it... alot or just a little...and will it throw a code with just the rears removed. what did it do to the sound?...better/worse/Harder/deeper tone?

No codes when the rears are removed.

Get a supercharger, it always makes the exhaust sound better in my opinion

Alright, you too! I purchased an unused set from UncleLar and had them installed in my 2004 Crown Vic Interceptor. I got rid of the second set of rear catalytics and I tell ya I love the sound of those aero turbines, they make "Sugah" aka Victoria sound sweet. I'm hoping to install the major stuff in the MARAUDER when the weather warms. Didn't mean to take the attention away from you, but just wanted you to know I feel your joy too!

From what has been discussed on here, the turbines are on the louder side of most of the mufflers on the market

Wow,you didn't waste any time getting them installed.I've got to hear what they sound like on your car.:beer:
I was tempted to put them on the Tootsie Roll which already has the Magnaflow highflow cats on it in place of the Magnaflow mufflers it currently has.
If you change intakes and go to a cold air system I've got dibs on your stock P71 air box and zip tube.

keep in mind i put them on a 03 Grand Marquis,A tune, 20" wheels, h-pipe and duels but 2" pipe...i can def hear it now and it sounds good i was just trying to change my cars identity a little and make it abit more sinister...so while i dont want deafening loud i def want it to have a nice hard growl! I got that! just maybe not as pronounced as i would have liked. does anyone know if these aeros break in over time & get louder?

My Marauder with Kooks Headers & Magna Flows rear cat deletes are great. Also Megs out the ass make it awsesome. My neighbours love it. It's the truth!!!
