I like to be different
One of the papers I have to do for class is compare and contrast, using the Toyota Prius and the Honda Insite. (it's the only reason I'm looking at these vehicles) The Insite has a color called Atomic Blue Metallic, and it looks great in person. The pics on the web suck, tho. If I ever remove my 'vette from primer status, this Atomic Blue Metallic color is probably at the top of my choices.

If I had a gun to my head and the person holding it told me I had to change my black MM to another color..... I'd look for that Green that the new Chevy Suburbans have or that Taupe Grey or whatever it is.
Other then that situation...... Black

Old school Chevy Midnight Metallic Blue has always been my fav color on a muscle car. When I finally get a 57 Belair that will be the color of my beast.
Olive drab ug... almost bought a 69 cutlass in that color. Guess what my first project was going to be....

First of all, who in the area do you trust to do a full repaint and how much does it run?
My first color choice: Dark Sherwood Green Met. late 60's Mopar
After that Dark Grey Metallic from the 2003 Mach1 a black metallic from Mercedez Benz.
My car is black and it always looked like crap...should have fought to have Ford repaint it years ago. :mad2::bigcry::censor:

Why not just save the money and make it faster??? OR, instead of a repaint, throw some gold pearl down with a little bit of tint...

If I were going to repaint my black, which it needs for the crappy factory paint, I think I would use Ford's new Tuxedo Black. They use it on trucks and on the new Taurus and Fusion among others. It's a metallic and looks beautiful in the sun.
