i just got back from island dragway. I destroyed my old best, 15.2, with a 14.738!

it was 47 degrees and i launched at about 1000 rpms. no change in tire pressure or burn out done.

happy? oh hell ya! now i have proof that my marauder is a 14 second car!

time to update the sig!

I think that someone had low 14's run. I think it was 14.3 or something like that.

Here's an idea...

Next time we get together, I'll make sure to bring my brother's Honda Accord so we can videotape our cars beating up on it in the 1/4 mile. We'll then send this footage to Car and Driver for their education, we'll even do it in multiple formats just to make sure they can view it (VCD, DVD-R, DVD+R, Laserdisc, VHS... heck, I bet they still use Beta...)
