I saw a black Marauder being towed coming off of 295 going toward PG County.

TiTo's from the "DMV" (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. So I am guessing that this was .....

somewhere along I-295 South through the District of Columbia (DC) headed toward Prince George's County, Maryland (MD).
