I agree! Looks great on the dyno. John could you PM me with some info on what you have done. I have not installed my kit yet. I see you have out done me on torque with this set up. You have me wondering about what mine will do now. :D

I was able to join him last nite for the dyno. John told the tuner Mark all he wanted was a little over 600 rwhp with a safe tune. After a few adjustments and little effort he was over 600 rwhp. Mark told John he could give him more and it would still be safe, but John declined at this time.

No TQ number will ever be higher then HP on a Centri car without Juice.

Yeah, completely skipped over the tq number, so much for paying attention.

we ran the car on Q 16 race fuel and 150 shot of nos - if i wish to put a bigger blower on the the motor and fuel system will handle it and more juice no problem - my goal has been to get into the 10's and i think we have enough power to do that now - we plan on racing the car next weekend

Thanks for the info John. You will be in the 10s before me now! Just have to get it to the ground. I have not been able to do that yet!

Make sure you bring an axle with to the track for when you snap the Mosers at the flange.

Hope that is coming soon Johnny boy.................otherwise you'll be kicked off the track after one run below 11.49 et.....and you will be doing much better than that.

Looking at the dyno sheet it looks a little askew. Aren't Torque and HP are suppose to be equal at 5250 rpm by definition?

Not when you"squeeze" it....

Yes. Some tuners let the software auto-scale so the hp and tq scales aren't the same. Some tuners are more savvy and setup the scales so they are the same.

The hp and tq scale is different on the sides of the dyno sheet. The 700tq line is the same as the 600hp line so the rpm #'s won't look quite right.

I would've thought that the hp would keep climbing past 6200 on a centri car. Could just be the nitrous hit in the midrange skewing the curve. I bet she'll be a beast at the track though.

Depends on the type of blower and the cams.

That is it. I did not look that closely at the scales. I like having the scales the same.

Yep, I met this would be big fun on the track or the street!!:burn:

Seriously, no joke--should you both decide to do something together, someone really needs to get history on film.....for that's gotta be the coolest thing since Marty's project makeover for that first time event.

If so, I sure would enjoy seeing it--over and over and --you get the idea......

So John, once again, congrats and we will all be waiting or drooling is more like it for this and/or your eventual run,........ period.

We probably will Tom. If he gets by my 10.40 et, then I fire my baby up real soon. Remember, I just have a little tiny 4.6 :alone: Marauder here. These stroker guys are trying to beat me up:shot:. Cheaters:dunno:
