any marauder owners in St. Joe, Mi

Gonna be up in St. Joseph Michigan this next weekend with the Marauder. Delivering a motorcycle up there so I will have my 4x8 trailer behind it. Looking for some motel or hotel recommendations also anything fun to do. Any local car hangouts or drag strips close?

Ed, I know that area pretty well, its cold up here so nothing really goes on unless there is an indoor swap meet or something. 30 minutes north in South Haven is a great road racing course called Gingerman but at this time of year all you'll see is asphalt and corn. Can't remember the names of the hotels but there are a few right their in downtown St Joseph. One of the members here owns a car audio shop in South Haven, I can PM you more info if you are interested.

Yeah, I guess the weather hasnt warmed up much in Michigan. I always like to try to find something car oriented to do when out if town. Thanks for the replay though.

That would be me! I live 22 miles away. No drag strips open yet. You can call me at 269 637 1994 and ask for John. When you say next weekend are you talking the 13th or the 20th. The weekend of the 20th we are headed for Northeren Mich. for the weekend. This weekend I am free.

It will be on the 13th. As far as the trailer hitch goes I installed it up under the bumper cover so it hardly shows. I hate a hitch but this one is hardly noticeable and I have to have it so when we go on trips I can take a motorcycle. Its just a 4x8 trailer. I dont want to tow anything heavy with it.

I will be arriving friday night and going back home on sunday afternoon. My wife is from Coloma and wants to do some visiting. Thanks tons for the offer to stay at your place but we will probably get a hotel room. Make a mini vacation out of it. Do you know of any motels or hotels you could recommend to stay at?
