The new MM came with a BC4E dead pedal in it. I'm 6'4" and almost 200 lbs. I have stood on it a couple time w/out it budging. Didn't know what I was missing till it was in. Also the vendor who make the pedal covers makes ones that specifically fit his dead pedal.

I made my own for less than $4.00. Works great. I just have to cover it with some matching carpet that I have.
