Nice Sunroof, but you've got to ask yourself why would anyone if their right mind sell a car they just bought with so low miles? There must be a problem with it...

Companies are still laying people off. ^ May not be anything wrong with it.

Well, what were seeing is that the older less hip population is being duped into buy a MM and then they find out it has too much power for them. I'm sure it has no real problem with.

Don't forget, technically speaking. Our car is just a trim level of the Grand Marquis. It may sting some, but it's true.

This saves us from a major insurance reaming. So, be glad! :)

LML,

Being a young buck, you'll get taken to the cleaners insurancewise with virtually any car. I pay exactly the
same as I would for a GM and my policy does say
Marauder.

But then again, mine was insured way back in June 02.

Being an old f**t (61), I pay $423.44 for a full year and my policy also says Marauder.

Johnny, You know the Marauder is a little more than just a Trim level of the Grand Marquis. Had it been just a Trim level most of us would not be here as owners of Marauders

The ad says: Automatic Transmission powering a V8 engine

News to me. :)

I guess they never heard of the Marauder up in those parts. I could be wrong, though. BTW, the pics are very nice. Worth changing the wallpaper again.

LOL. Like I said, "It's a bit painful for some of us to admit."

Certainly, as we all know, our cars are magnificent improvements
on the CV/GM. But, corporatewise (at least for the 2003 model
year) our babies were technically just special variants of the G.M.

There is nothing bad about it either, RC. A fellow whose office
in my neighborhood has a beautiful black four door Montclair (I think) Marauder. It was just an option that made his car a classic
nearly 40 years later whereas its contemporary standard models
are of little or no interest (other than as parts cars.)

I hope to still be able to enjoy my 2003 when it is 40 in 2042.

No Johnny, it's not painful for me at all.

"Trim level" implies just that "trim". Had the Marauder been just a Black Grand Marquis with different "trim", and no mechanical differences, I'd agree with you.

The Marauder received it's own Order Guide, and it's own brochure. It appears no where in the Grand Marquis brochure.

The fact that it shares the "M75" code with the Grand Marquis LS for 2003 is moot.

The "M79" code of the 2004s does not somehow elevate the Marauder to something different.
