Does anyones tach stick at zero. Mine does it and I have to tap the to get it started.

Mine doesn't and I bet your the first one that has had that happen to.

I have a 2003 Marauder that started doing the same thing.
Ended up installing a replacement tachometer.
Sometimes it's easier to find a whole cluster assembly.

Yep, usually a lot easier to get a whole cluster and just swap the pieces you need.

See if you can get a part number for it from Ford
Then inter the number into your brouser and do a search
That is how I found a place that had the trunk organizers for our car.
