Hi all,

I am dismantling my Marauder and I am giving away the parts. A buddy of mines has a 2007 Grand Marquis and I was going to give him the original tires/wheels. But before I drive 2 hrs away, I wanted to know if they would fit?! And if so is there anything special he needs to do?

Thanking you in advance

I would say yesssss.... I have seen people putting them on their GM and CV so I would say he is in the clear... Hope some of the GM or CV owners chime in...

Can I be your buddy too!?....:D.......That is a nice $1,000+ freebie!
Yes, they should fit fine, IIRC all post 2003 CV & GM's have the same type suspension (outboard rear shocks + aluminum front control arms w/rack & pinion steering) as the Marauder.

(Make sure that your '07 GM buddy buys you dinner and a few beers.)

There have been Marauders stolen, Impala's, Range Rovers and even a few dogs here and there. Not only in Michigan but Atlanta as well. Point is the vehicle is not stolen, good call though. I have a fleet of vehicles that I have no problem swapping out parts. Its all fun!

But anyway guys, thank you for your help!

Ps. If the vehicle was stolen I highly doubt I would ever come online for advice and not too mention I remember the day I purchased the vehicle... My wife was really upset! Lol

So why are you taking it apart is the real question? We have a good member on here that collects VIN numbers of the deceased that helps us keep track of whats left. Could you please PM RoyLPita with the VIN?

The car was not kept in the condition it should have been kept in especially under the hood. It has a lot wear and tear, it was the main vehicle for the family. But there are a lot parts that can b used especially to clone. As much as the Marauder is a glorified car, its not a big deal to me. I had my fun with it!

That's it! I think it needs to be MUCH bigger in this case, though.

He just wanted to know if they'd fit a vic so he could sell them to his buddy with a vic. I'm betting he won't be back here.

Wheel locks, my friends.

Let's see who posts a new thread "Stole my wheels!" in the next few weeks.
