Will Someone at Trilogy be able to tell us about the front and rear bumpers that were featured at Sema? where, when, price? put me down for both as soon as they are available.

It's in the works, I think price will end up after they figure cost per unti to make and how many they will need to make. Jerry Barnes is very aware of the interest in putting them on our cars...

Hey Folks,

We did the body kit only for the SEMA show Marauder, but we have had so many people request them that we will research building them for sale. I should have them completed in January. I do not have any idea how much they will be, but as soon as I can get manufacturing costs, I will let everyone know the price of the kit. It will include a new front and rear fascia and lower rocker panel covers. The lights are PIAA, the lower front spoiler is removable in case it gets damaged.

I was only going to build the one kit and use it as my daily driver, but it looks so great, I am afraid to drive it around town. Everyone at Ford loved the car with the body kit and the wider wheels and tires.

We are in the in the process of creating a online catalog of all of the products we will be offering, so please stay tuned. I will keep everyone posted on the progress of the body kit.

Thanks for the interest!

Awesome!!!!

just a few questions:

will it come painted?

will it have a front license plate bracket?

any drilling involved?

how 'bout a hood? :D

Thanks!

Hey Folks,

Let me take a minute to address some of your questions :

I do not know if it will come painted, it depends on how well we can pack it to prevent damage.

The current prototype design does not have a provision for a front license bracket, but that is not a difficult issue to address.

Our approach is to use all of the current attachment points provided by the factory. The front has already accomplished that task. The rear is being worked on as we speak.

Our vision is that it should come ready to bolt on.

No plans for a hood, sorry.

The body kit is fantastic, but we only did it for our show car. I guess everyone liked it as much as we did!

There were some other mods that contribute to the LOOK. 2 1/2" lower rocker panel covers. Wider wheels, 1 1/2" rears, 1" fronts. Nitto Extreme Performance tires, 295 rears and 255 fronts. Lower front springs and lowered rear height adjustment.

I am not driving the car because it looks so good and we want to put it in other shows, but man do I want to use it as my daily driver!

So, be patient, we are working on it!

I can't believe I had to sit and think about this. But after Gage watching 'Lion King' , 'Ice Age', and 'Finding Nemo' over and over and over....for the last 11 days...I think I remember that scene. Little girl with the braces?

Anyway, to the point.

Jerry said the lights are PIAA's. I don't know what model number they are though. Car looks better in person. Jerry trailered it to our meet last week. With the lower stance, widen wheels and body kit it is real agressive looking. He said it should be out by next spring.

Do these kits have new bumpers underneath the new front bumper covers? I know the rear will fit my car exactly the same, IF THIS KIT GETS PRODUCED, but what about the front? I may need to get the whole header panel off a Marauder and start from there. :D

Well, it's not going to happen. We will not be able to offer the body kit. I have check for the last time, the answer is always the same and we have spent a lot of time trying to make this happen.

I am very sorry, but we will not pursue development of the body kit. It's just too costly to make it happen.

Thanks to everyone for being patient!

Maybe next time!

Hey Folks,

The cost for doing our first car for SEMA was $24,000. We had soft tools made, which we still have, but everyone that has looked at them has said the same thing, you need new tooling. New tooling for these very big one piece body panel is expensive. I have had estimates everywhere from $36,000 to $500,000. We tried China and we tried the Ricer shops that do fascias ...... and the answers are all the same. I would love to make these kits, but the cost for each kit would be conservatively $3,000 to $5,000 if I could sell a humdred minimum. Most people will not pay that kind of money. And yes, they would have to be glass, the molded rubber pieces would be even more!!!!

I will bring both cars to INDY and you can take a look, but we have spent a hugh amount of time trying to get these things made, and I have to get back to money making projects. I have payroll to meet every week and it ain't cheap!

Sorry again! Back to development of the 2004 F150 5.4L 3V and the 2005 Mustang 4.6L 3V Intercooled Supercharger Kits.

Crites may be able to help here, they do a ton of quality glass...http://www.critesrestoration.com/galaxie.htm .... Give them a call. The Marauder is, will, be a Classic and they may be able to help. For 4 peices of the body kit I don't think people would expect to pay less than 3,000 for it.

I agree - for a quality kit, I would expect to pay around $3,000 to $4,000 - we're not talking about the low-quality junk on a beat-up import - besides, we've got a lot more square footage to cover than they do!
