how do you use the data logging feature on the X3. everytime i go to the data logging button it says something like "configure parameters" or something like that? should i say yes to this? i was under the impression the X3 could show 0-60's and such. any help would be much apreaciated.

No it's not going to show 0-60 time unless you have a LiveWire unit or one of the high tech handhelds. It's going to show you all the stuff the computer reads.

I don't have an X3, only done data logging on a Xcal2 SF device.

Say yes to configure datalogs. This will take you to options that can be dataloged, Examples- FPDC, RPMS, Inj pulse. Once you check off which ones you want and press select, it will then prompt you to start datalogging.
