Sorry if this is somewhere and on here and I just haven't found it. I just replaced the rear pads and rotors and it turned out that the parking brake shoes are shot. All four shoes have separated from the pads so I had to replace them. Now for the life of me I can't figure out how to get them adjusted. I have messed with the adjuster and they are either too tight or too loose:mad2:. So if any one has any tips they would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance. :D

Tighten the star adjuster till the rotor won't turn, then loosen til you can barely feel a little drag, then go about 3 more clicks off.

I've tried ^^^^^this^^^^^ and it still doesn't work right. Am I missing something? Is there another route I can take?

No, thats pretty much it. Just leave it a tad bit loose if needed, they have decent travel when the parking brake is set.
