well, there are lots of mods out there. i think for 125 dollars you cant go wrong.
had it in my previous car and now on my vortech.
i felt a minimal difference on my N/A car but i dont think it matters on a S/C car but like i said its only 125.

Blackened300A has an intake spacer, every little bit helps.

I just did an install on my MM, it does not give any HP gains but it definately gives a Torque gain. Like 10ftlbs. for the cost you can't beat it! Goto Mach1registry.com and post a WTB ad for one. I got mine used for 40.00 shipped, if you want ne goto modularmustangracing.com for 109.00

is it as easy to install as it looks too do?

It is a complete waste of money - period! Been tried many times years ago by the olde men on the board - no HP gain, a few HP torque, partial throttle driving issues and requires a tune to run right. :shake:

Yeah, I find it hard to believe that would do ANYTHING, other than what you imagine it does.

LOL! Just put like, 20 gaskets on! It'd be cheaper.

What mods do you have on the car now?
The spacer is probably best for people who have done every thing else and "run out" of mods to do. It's not a god first mod.
The spacer might be a little better then the E-bay performance chip or the electric supercharger, don't get your hopes up.
