Messed up Johnny

This guy... communicates with me for over two weeks, supposedly buys boxes for them and gets a shipping quote, gives me a total, and when it comes time to pay for them, he backs out and says "it's not going to work"

Pretty shady fellow, especially since I told him they were going to be a birthday present to my nephew for his GM. I promised him a set of wheels and now I'm screwed.
