Sounds like you need a way to bypass the PATS system in the computer...you need some remote start technology ...I'm just guess here as you really didnt say how you transplanted the engine.I would find a really good remote starter installer and pick his brain as they have to do this sort of thing everyday.

If you cannot eliminate or bypass the "PATS" system you may have to go with an aftermarket EEC??

I'm assuming you swapped the Marauder PCM into the '91. You need a tune that turns off the PATS.

EEC and PCM both refer to the computer.
PATS is the anti-theft system which reads the chip in the key.
If the PATS isn't working you probably won't be able to program the remote starter.

I was thinking if he got ahold of an old school key box and put an original key in there...maybe?...these had problems in cold weather that is why they stopped using them but in Saudi Arabia I don't think our friend would have this problem ;)

thats means i only have to tune the computer !

I don't know the specs on the ebay bypass kit so idk, it says 96-99??
I do know, if your pats system is functioning you can run/ hide a key in junction with the transceiver..The key would have to be programed though, and you will need at least two keys..

I think you should try to contact someone or a shop that has swapped a Modular motor in a foxbody, they might be able to offer the best advice on getting around the PATS thing if that is even the problem.
