What a Friday morning, was I was sitting at a stop light and a tow truck went into on coming traffic for some reason, started at my right from bumper and paid a special visit all the way to the rear bumper. Going to suck for a while!!! :mad2:19258

He claimed he didnt' see the Silver Birch in the am, he admitted fault (and rightly so), but we'll see how this goes). It's headed to the shop today, he had to be on something or just really wanted a tow. Insurance just called, the guy wanted me to take my car to one of his shops for repairs.

HA - I knew that would come up. They get a great deal and will end up getting it done fast and cheap. Have them do something with that pinstripe.

Yeah in the state of MD you have the right to take your vehicle anywhere you choose for repairs.

It's also best to talk to your insurance and see if they will handle the claim and then go after his insurance for reimbursement of the repair cost. That's what my Nationwide insurance agent likes to handle everything because they have certain dealerships that will certify/warranty the bodywork for the life of the car.
