Anyway, the previous owner of my MM had mounted something to my dash. Could have been an XM player, GPS, or something like that. He left behind two holes on the carbon fiber looking piece under the radio where some of you have a clock. It drives me nuts. I'm looking to either replace that piece of dash, or I was going to see if you guys had any idea of what I should do with it. I had seen someone selling these 2 matching flag pins off an old marauder on ebay. I was going to get them and stick em in there somehow but I missed my opportunity :( So, any suggestions?

eh... i'm not so sure I like that Idea. I'll tell you why, my 94 caprice has an ash try/ cup holder drawer that slides out and its right under the radio. So If I have my soda/beverage in the cup holder i have to remove it to operate the radio. So I need one hand to remove the soda and another to press the buttons, WHO'S DRIVING THE CAR? worst design ever!

eh... i'm not so sure I like that Idea. I'll tell you why, my 94 caprice has an ash try/ cup holder drawer that slides out and its right under the radio. So If I have my soda/beverage in the cup holder i have to remove it to operate the radio. price runs 20 bucks, just send me the measurements and the sequence number and i can do it up. i can make this one in a thinner material if you like, that way you can bend it to the contour of the trim.

I actually have a dash trim panel for sale with the clock and defrost button included. $60 plus shipping.

Go to any used car lot and ask if they have a guy that comes around and fixes trim. We have a guy that comes to our dealership his work is amazing most times you can't tell there was a problem

he distance between the centers of the holes is 2 and 9/16 inches (2.5625 inches). The diameter of each hole is 1/8 of an inch.
