I find that when it rains, the rear passenger side floor gets wet.

i cant see where the water is coming in from.
i know that door was repaired at least once.
the floor plug seems to be in.

Bad window or door seal?

When you open the door is water comming out of it?

Did you check the trunk to see if water is working it's way back under the seat to the floor behind the spair tire?

Make sure the small hole at the bottom of the door is not plugged with debris. You could use a popsicle stick to make sure it is clear. In fact check this on all your doors, crud could build up here. If it is plugged up water could work it's way in after a heavy rain.

Does your MM have a moonroof?

The only way to find the leak is to remove the rear seats, rear package shelf and the "C" pillar trim. Then have someone run water on the rear / side of the car. You'll find where the leak is.

I have the same problem with my 96 CV, except it's the driver side. I think it's the top of the door seal, but the only carpet that's wet is in the well, so I guess it's possible that it is coming from the trunk, but the trunk isn't wet. After I check the door, I'm going to check the rear window.

Did you leave the window open?

As I stated in another thread, I found the leak today, went to the car wash, it's the rear quarter window, near the seat belt retracter trim. Have to pull the rear seat, and all the trim to further pinpoint the exact location.
