If you get an after market ex. system, do you have to have the car retuned?

I would say, if you're supercharged yes. If NA it's optional. I say that because the SC cars have much more risk of hurting something. The NA cars have low risk, but to maximize gains it should be tuned.

Thanks, I wasn't sure since I'm NA. I was just wondering b/c I wanted to do the exhaust install but I didn't know if the car would run right.

If you do an intake on top of that then a tune should be done...

I am replacing the headers, cats, pipes, mufflers, and tips.

What do you mean by an intake? All I have done is added a throttle body and ported the intake some.

It should run just fine, but it is possible a CEL could be set by the O2 sensors. The LT headers move them further from the exhaust ports so it takes a little longer for them to warm up.

If you replace the headers I always recommend getting a dyno tune for the vehicle.
