Jeez dude, if you notice much of an improvement with your current mods a LIDIO tune will knock your socks off!

The only mod I made where I feel a tune is in order is the intake spacer.

Since it went on I noticed the inside of the tail pipe's are turning black with carbon and she uses more fuel.

Other mod's like the Cold Air intake and long tube headers and reduced to the 2 cat high flows loved the change and power as well as sound but they did not make me feel like I HAD to get a tune unlike the intake spacer.

Get rid of those things you put on the car... They don't work and you will continue to have problems until there gone! Start with a tune and CAI....

Agreed get a cold air kit and a tuner. The biggest problem that I can see is that you have 4.10's and without a tuner not only is your speedometer not calibrated properly but your shift points are off too.

And don't forget the fact those gadget's are sending false info to the PCM, that's the last thing you want to do is ad a tune to enhance those false parameters. You could go BANG!

^^^what they said^^^

If the mass airflow "chip" and O2 sensor "chip" in your sig are what I THINK they are, there's your whole problem.

i have the CAI intake already its on the car so what u saying is that the mass air flow chip will mess up car i can actually feel the difference with that i think i need to get a tune to get everything thing right even with the chips imma get a dyno tune that where everything can be adjust right where it need to be

You really don't understand...

The "chip" you have installed causes the MAF signal to be incorrect. The computer is giving the engine fuel based on what it "thinks" the MAF is reading. Since it is no longer calibrated, the fuel delivery is not accurate because the air measurement is not accurate. That is why it feels like the chip is increasing your power, it actually is but only because the computer isn't getting the air it thinks it's getting. When you get a tune, what happens is they adjust the program so that the air/fuel mixture is correct, based on the exhaust readings. This will cancel out the false readings your "chip" is introducing. But the exact same thing will be accomplished without the chip except the MAF signal will now be accurate instead of having the offset introduced by your "chip (resistor)".

The real danger right now is that you don't know how far off the MAF signal is from normal, so when you are at WOT you could be running dangerously lean and blow your engine.

dats all i gotta sa 2 a txtr

Man I know I've already explained to you what those flakey mods are and how they work in another thread, bocat. I hope you're not just asking the same questions hoping that someone will finally say those aren't anything but bad news.
