well tonite i went out to dinner with the family to outback steakhouse.as we all go to sit down and get situated i look up and theres dexter jackson 08 Mr.Olympia. first things outta my mouth was oh shyt your Mr.Olympia. he lols and says yeah thats me nice to meet you. i have no idea why but im like this :eek: after i shake his hand. this man is huge. anywho figured id share.:beer:

How did you know who he was?

A guy that lived down the street from me growing up was a bodybuilder, (before steroids) and he had to go through doorways sideways.

A guy that lived down the street from me growing up was a bodybuilder, (before steroids) and he had to go through doorways sideways. well i decided to try and do some body building a few months back and started reading all the muscle magazines. u turn to the inside cover u see him and a few others with their muscletech ads. pretty cool experience tho

I have Ronnie's The Unbelievable. I thought I ate a lot when I was bodybuilding! Whole nother level! It's amazing how many supplements and meals you have to take in. Eat, Workout, Eat, Sleep, Eat, Workout...:D
