This is how I bled my system....I let the car sit all night got up went outside started it let it warm up to normal temp an cracked the bleeder knob....bubbles was spitting everywhere then when all that stopped an just straight antifreeze was coming out I tightened it back down....I couldn't get the front of the car up cause I don't have any jack stands or tire ramps....but did I do it correctly?

the way i usually do it is:
fill through the bleeder until the res reads normal
start the car, run the heater full blast.
top off the coolant through the bleeder
this has worked every time for me so far.

But when I did mine I left the over flow resivoir cap off of mine.
Filled up the engine through the cross over tube and then slightly closed it up and ran the car till the thermostat opend up. Toped off throuhg the cross over tube and until fluid started to go into the over flow tank.
Closed the cross over tube up tight and finished putting fluid in the over flow to the fill line.
1 time thing on level ground and never had an issue after words.
Just make sure you keep an eye on the temp guage till you know the air bubbles are out of the system.

I always just run the car with a small funnel plugged into the crossover, let run 30-40 minutes and just keep topping off when neccessary. Never once had an issue.

I have had to do this every winter... I may have to try and do it thoroughly and see how it works...

I do it this way:
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
Open crossover tube - notice no air & that it's full.

Do you run the heat at all? Let it circle through the heater core?
I do it this way:
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
Run car 2 mins.
fill crossover tube. tighten crossover tube.
