We are in Santa Clarita, about 45 miles north of L.A.

Everyone in the house felt it. Chandalers and blinds were swaying. Nice soft rolling motion. I new from the rolling that it was a long ways off.

When they are close they slam. When they are distant they roll, like a wave.

The only thing I want to feel rolling like a wave is my waterbed!

I am too North and did not feel a thing. There have been. Lot of publicly acknowledged large earthquakes recently.

I guess there has been a lot of after shocks as well according to the reports I read today.
