My MM is at the LM dealer getting a new carrier + bearings + axles + seals.
My Ford ESP rules! $100 deduct...

Anyway they give me a nice loaded 2009 SES Focus for 5 days and I pull up to a light and it's one of those 3 lanes merge into two type of deal. I don't care to be behing loud hells angels wannabe people and I usually take the merge lane as the MM has yet to disappoint. This time however I have a 4 cyl Focus.. Anyway HD man is to the right of me, light turns green and I'm floored - The Harley guy is working it. He is in front of me by about 5 feet. I couldn't get him, so I had to pull in behind him at the end of the merge - probably 300 yards. Ah well. I did pose a little bit of a threat to him.

The MM would have easily beat him if the 09 focus barely lost. Man I miss my MM. Getting her back on Tuesday. Think your MM isn't fast? Try driving a 4 cylinder economy car. OMG. Really puts things into perspective.

I can eke out an M6 on my 04 RK custom from a dead stop up to at least 70. (repeated the test several times, the dude would not give up! )
Must have been a sad bike or sad rider.

With the response my bike has vs my car, I think they would be just about even in the 1/4 mile... I think my bike would have a bit of an edge though... This year I plan to take both up to the track and run them through to see, because I REALLY want to know! haha

I have a 2004 Suzuki Intruder 1500

Motorcyles vs cars is like apples to aircraft carriers.
