I think this was last Wednesday maybe? Headed east on Carpenter Fletcher just after it stops being Woodcroft Parkway. I was headed west in my silver MM. Saw another black one in the vicinity of NC State last week (on Western Blvd) and one with DC plates westbound on I-40 sometime last month. May have been the same car in all three cases.
