Is this possible. I bought a new set of headlamps off of ebay, mounted perfectly fine for me, but now they are shooting out the light a little lower than the stock set and i couldn't any place on the piece that i could use to adjust the beam projections. any ideas?

There are 3 adjustment points on each lamp. Move the battery on the PS, the DS is wide open. Just look at the back of them!

Do a search on headlight adjustment. If i'm right put a straight tape line against a wall and put the vehicle back about 7~10 ft then adjust to the line. I think the line should be 3~4ft high on the wall. I'm sure others will chime in to verify my numbers

i get VERY little move on mine.. i dont know about anyone else... just getting them level is my goal. but, with the HID's, they project either way, and i have directed them a little lower, to respect oncoming traffic :)

I had to raise mine after the HID install.

They are a fine thread, so it will take some turns to get them to where you want them... I think when I had HID's I had to adjust mine down as well...
I didn't like them, so I put it back to stock

Our headlights are stamped VOR. Here are some pretty good instructions on how to aim them properly:
