Right now I have 40 pound injectors on my Procharger pushing 12psi... I think. I was told from a new set of 60 pound injectors would be good for me. Others have said they are fine until 480RWHP.

I am thinking if I am at or beyond a point of 480 it's too much or time for a Cobra shortblock.

I would like to stick to 450RWHP or 475RWHP if it's alright, but I think that maybe pushing it on a stock block. If I can stick to 429RWHP and still run 12.3 on pump gas I will stick to it. Thoughs?

BTW do I need to upgrade a fuel pump if I make this swap?

Dom what goals do you have in mind for your car?

What are you looking to achieve?

I pretty much would like to know if I need to upgrade the injectors if I am pushing 450-480RWHP.

From the changes, I am getting word I probably have 475RWHP. I won't know for sure until I dyno tune it again. If I need new injectors I will buy them prior to the tune.

Are you still running your stock pump too?

Nope, it's been changed since the blower install.

Dom all I can tell you is when I put my headers on my car made 473RWHP!

That's when I was told I needed 60# injectors.

Others may say you can make up to 500RWHP on 39# injectors.

To each his own bro.

If the injectors are running @ better than 90% to keep up with the demand of the engine then yes upgrade to a higher pound injector. If not then do not worry about it.

If you let me know what brand you want/price you want to pay and your address, I will call all of the shops around you and get prices for you. I will also search the interwebz for you and find places that have good prices and I will personally call them for you just in case the price they posted is wrong. I will then write a full report including the reliability statistics for every brand included in the report, with prices, facts, and recommendations.

Alright well maybe I should have said "What brand to buy?"

I found a set and they are going in next week right before the dyno tune.

Thanks.
