Spotted a black Marauder in Fremont pulling out of a parking lot near Northwestern Polytechnic University. They pulled onto Warms Springs BLVD. IT was about 6 PM. I was also in my Marauder on Warm Springs and they pulled right behind me in the turn lane as we both turned right onto Mission Blvd. It was a bearded guy. I lost him after that as I was continuing on Mission Blvd and he must have pulled into a parking lot or got into the far right lane which was a traffic jam or something.
