LCM or repair mine pls

I am in need of a new LCM or to have mine repaired. I ordered a new relay and soldered it on. Lights still don't work. Then swapped the headlight switch. I am at a loss. If you can test and repair mine or have an extra that won't break the bank let me know. My symptoms are no headlights unless I "flash to pass" and no license plate light. I kinda miss driving my car at night. :)

I can fix them too. I have a spare for an 03,04 and 06. It takes maybe 30 minutes, that includes warming up the solder sucker and pencil iron.
