its been a saying going around that i have a "unknow tune" because of the ETs my car is putting out whie im stock/modless. well i got me car on the dyno and my numbers read, (this is the same car nothing to added to since i ran a 14.31 in the 1/4mile in 38degrees) today in 66degrees 32% humidity i made MAX POWER=243 and MAX TQ=259 @5500rpms because my govenor kicked in at 118mph. now ive been told that if you have a tune they delete your govenor. so with these numbers and the govenor still on i do believe im stock....somebody owes me dinner.

The Governor can still be on even if there is a tune. It's very good numbers for being basically stock. With running the 235/50-18 tire on the rear it's turning the 3.55 stock gear into a 3.72 effective rear gear and that's helping a lot. Put the stock 245/55-18 or the 265/50-18 you were talking about on and see what you run. The 265/50-18 would give you an effective rear gear of about 3.57/3.58 because it's .2" smaller than the stock 245/55-18.
