I just installed my Reinhart chip. What a piece of cake. If you have a 3/8" drive with a swivel head, you can have the EEC out in about 3 minutes. I didn't know what to expect when I opened up the box. You don't replace a chip, you put it on an empty slot that has been waiting for this improvement. Once it is installed you could reach up & remove it before getting dealer service if you wanted. I went out for a quick spin to see the difference :D :) ;) :p . I was VERY pleased with the power increase .I have the stock rear. Just the smoother shifting alone would worth the price.
$325 for you that keep asking. This chip is set for stock everything. I have 8,000 miles on my MM now and it gets faster, louder, smoother & better every mile. I'll put the plugs & thermostat in tomorrow. I highly reccomend the chip.

What else does the chip do for you? What parameters did you order?

What is 'wrong' with the factory plugs? And what are you putting in?

Donald,

If you go to Dennis's web site, you'll find out additional information on the chip. Since the winter season is sittin' in here, I think I'm goning to wait for spring to order my chip. Maybe by then I'll have decided on what mods I want to do, if any at all. Since this is my daily driver of 100+ miles each day, I just may keep it pure stock (NOT!) We'll see!

Will post another pic later with since the windows are now tinted.

Bob,
Reinhart said they would reprogram the chip later if I bought gears from HIM. It's snowing here today, so I can't go out and test the plugs & stat improvements. The chip is a snap to put in. Don't wait for Spring.Do it now and :D through the Winter.
Your rear letters look great. I'm thinking black reflective for me.

Bob,

I have been to the site. I can't find a page detailing what is done. Just general statements line "shift schedule, shift feel, spark, fuel, EGR, almost every subsystem that is within the EEC to maximize your entire driving experience."
