Now that looks Like an awsome deal. In md you can get away with it as long as your parked and not driving car on roads

it is LEGAL to have this on your car, as long as you dont use it on public roads unless you are law enforcement... even if LE were to see the system, they wont be able to tell what color the LED's are - as they are clear when not in use.
This would go great for car shows and cruise-ins/G2G's to draw some attention to the Marauder!

Being on the fire department, I need lights in my vehicle to respond to the fire station (I am on-call) and I wanted to outfit my car with lights but I wanted them subtle so that people wouldn't think it was a cop car, so I tucked them into the grill and have one mounted to the rear view mirror, and have wigwags in the headlights. See video below.
I hate wannabe yahoos that deck out their car with lights. I have lights, but they serve a purpose and I did them TASTEFULLY.
Red is the color for firefighters and the light on the rear view mirror is white even though it looks blue in the video

Ditto here. I've got corner strobes, wig wags, TIR3's in the grill, Avenger above the mirror, and I'm trying to figure out how to mount 4 TIR3's on the package tray.

I would not recommend anyone in the CAM area to install those in their Marauder. You can get a butt-hole cop that will swear up and down to the States Attorney that you were trying to impersonate a police officer....Especially if you live or past threw Virginia......The police their write other police moving violations if they speed in the marked vehicles.

obviously this kit is not for everyone, hence the reason i did not install it on my DD MM, but this kit was given to me as a gift by one of our vendors for one of our track training vehicles - so i figured I would try and sell it here, at a very good price.
If youre interested, please PM me...
Thank you mods for cleaning up this thread.

I agree and would also not recommend this for anyone on Long Island, they are strict out here and if they see these LEDs they will look to turn them on. Of coarse they have a reason to be strict.

Burt runs a similar set up and the main control box is easily removed from the car when not in use, therefore you can not turn it on... simple.

In CT it is a big no no unless you have a badge on the car that says your with the Fire Department or Auxilery police.
If they spot the lights and you do not have one of those badges visable on the car they nail you in a heart beat.

Well, that could also be cured by using a hidden kill switch to knock the power out. But still, out here its not an idea I would endorse.
