31 minutes on hold to talk to somebody, gave up. 15 minutes on hold for live chat, only to get directed to leaving email. Left email, a few hours before they close, just to get no reply...

A couple months ago when I called them to send one of mine in for unlocking, they were nothing but extremely rude.

Lied to about return shipment timeframe.

Really nice customer service right there!:up:

Just tickles me to death knowing they never once got a penny from me on a new one and never never will...:shake:

Any good SCT dealer probably could have helped, I take calls every week I have spent over a hour on the phone with my customers who are not computer friendly and walk them through Live load and Live Link as well as Live update, those are the things you should consider when and where to buy any tuner, no matter what brand, and yes I have been on hold longer than you, but in my opinion they have the most user friendly software, and I have Diablo as well as Sniper and HP Tuners I use them all depending on the vehicle.
