Different fuel pumps have been hashed out a few times reguarding upgrades for the eaton fuel delivery. It seems they all require amperage upgrades is this correct ? My question is of the two latter choices #3 & #4 is a FPDM upgrade nessary for #3 & #4 ?
Lethal Performance Dual FPDM Wire Harness Kit [LP-DUALFPDMKIT] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs (http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-04-svt-cobra-fuel-delivery-dual-fpdm-wire-harness-c-16_261_2521/lethal-performance-dual-fpdm-wire-harness-kit-p-14834)
1) SVT focus & kenne bell boost a pump 20 amp. range up to apx 480 hp.
2) Single Walbro GSS342 range 400-425 up to apx hp.
3) One ford gt fuel pump P/N 4G7Z-9A407-CA & a kenne bell boost a pump.20 amp. up to apx hp 500 hp ?
4) Two ford gt fuel pumps P/N 4G7Z-9A407 Apx 500hp plus.

I went with #3
3) One ford gt fuel pump P/N 4G7Z-9A407-CA & a kenne bell boost a pump
I think that has been the best and least cost option...
I ran just the GT pump and no BAP on my paxton kit for 2 years/ 80k miles with no isues...

I'd go with number 3. It's the popular choice for a lot of people and has seem to work out well. I know DOOM runs a Ford GT fuel pump with a KB BAP and he is near 500rwhp.

Is anyone found the need for a LP modified FPDM. I see they sell for 224.95 on lethal performance ?

I have NOT found a need for a modified FPDM even with my set up running 2 GT pumps and a BAP.
I've actually measured the current draw of the 2 pumps under load pumping fuel. I ran the pumps directly off the battery bypassing FPDM with a charger on it to keep the volts at 13.5+ and the total current draw was not even more than 15 amps.

I am running a Walbro and a BAP with 445 RWHP at around 80% FPDC and the BAP turned down to 10.

I've got 60lb injectors, the Zack filter mod, 2 GT pumps and a KB BAP. Fuel is not going to be an issue this year.

You can count on that for sure.
