There's a Lt in the Charleston PD who uses his MM for work. I had a brief encounter with him once, but he was helping direct traffic for a huge marathon event here in Charleston, so I didn't actually get a chance to talk to him.

This may not be him, but it fits.

EDIT: I see the police lights next to the 3rd brake light, so I'd bet it is him. I don't think he's a member here though.
