Well worn OEM's up front...You tend to wear your tires out pretty quickly. Wonder how that happens? ;)
Looking forward to stopping by to see you at the end of May if you are around. Heading up that way for my younger brothers wedding and then coming back over the 4th of July weekend to get hitched myself out in Batavia. Rock on brother!

OE's in the front for now.
Might go larger in the front when these wear out.

OEM BFG 235/50/18s. I like 'em. Just put my 3rd set on last week. 36K on the first set. 34K on the 2nd set. Figure I am good now to about 105K on the clock. :D

Two. I'm running two tires up front. I tried three, but it kept making left turns, so I went back to two. I also have summer air in them now, much faster. E.
Oh, and their Eagle FS1's, same as rear.

I have Hankook's on the front & by far the best tire , you can feel the difference in the ride & handling !

I run 255/55/18 all way around. I got tired of the no rotation thing and I also like the way they fill up the wheelwell. Right now I have some kind of Goodyear on it.

I think you got the aspect ratios revesed. 50's in the front and 55's in the rear.

Nitto 420s all around...255/55/18 in back, 255/50/18 up front. Nice running tires, only thing is they don't LOOK badass enough...You know, squared off edges, to give that flat, wide image?...

I am running another new set of the stock type 235/50/18 KDWs on the front. I am very happy with them. It has the stiffest sidewall I have seen used on these cars which translates into crisp handling. I only get about 25k miles to a pair with a good alignment that wears them perfectly even across the width, but thats the price you pay for performance.

Didn't you adjust Carfixer's specs to account for you seeing the outsides wear more? I am seeing the same problem on my car now. I'm not knocking Carfixer's numbers, I just like the twisties a little more, and I think you mentioned you did two. I was just curious if you tweaked his specs a little to get even wear across the width?

I am running -0.5 camber left -0.6 camber right, +5.7 caster both left and right, zero toe. I am doing my own alignments at home now so I get to play with the specs. Evening out the caster dead even left to right makes the car steer more neutral, I was playing with that vs. splitting caster to counteract "normal" road crown. I used to have .3 or .4 more positive caster on the pass side and that made the steering feel uneven because with that much more caster on one side, made it easier to steer right than left. Most people would not notice these things but I am super picky. It gave the car what I called the "falling off the edge of the world" feel. I think I am gonna add one or two tenths more caster back to the pass side because of the way most roads are crowned out here.
