Right now I am at 60K on my engine and it's been blown for around 40K miles. I'm thinking about what to do when this engine hits 100K. Right now I think I have nothing to worry about, but I don't know.

100K with a blower sounds like a headache waiting to happen. I'm thinking I should get it rebuilt around that time or get a Cobra Short block.

Is there anything to worry about when I get there? Is there more than one person with a blower on a 100K engine? I know there is at least one, but I don't recall if he ever had his engine rebuilt at 100K.

I would without a doubt start putting money aside however if your running safe boost and a good tune I would not let mileage stress you out, so don't let the worry consume you.

I have 214K miles on mine with the last 130K supercharged....but I DON'T FLOG IT LIKE A RENTED MULE OR DO BURNOUTS!!!:shake:

Run it 'til it BREAKS.....fix it and go again!!

I'm wondering how far mine will go but so far ZERO oil consumption and it runs like new......musta gotten a GOOD ONE!!:D

My 2004 has 114,000 runs better than when new. The car has never been abused. I will be added a eaton with low boost & no hesitations.

Attempt to $ave some ca$h on the side little by little, that way when it does go you're ready to do it ALL over again without the heart attack!
