Hi, The car is located in Orlando at DAS ( Dependable Auto Shippers ) headquarters, in the container, sealed and ready for shipping. You will have 10 days so you can inspect the car. Once you have inspected the car and decided to keep it, you will confirm your decision to eBay and only then they will re-route the money in to my account, but if by any reason, you won't be satisfied with the car you can return it back for a full refund of your money. Ebay will take care of the shipping, don't worry. You will receive the car with all the necessary papers (clear title, bill of sale, user’s manual, insurance etc). thats a classic scam. avoid it. had a very similar experience, lol. and alerting ebay wont do anything. they'll send you a fake portal page that doesnt link you to ebay, but to a site that looks EXACTLY like it. as far as what can be done, i have no idea. but i wish you luck sir

I found a Ferrari 308 on craigslist for only $7K. I contacted the person and I got story that she got the car in a divorce and has no need for it so that's why shes letting it go. I wanted to see the car and I got the same deal. We have to go through ebay and the car is in a container somewhere and I have some time to go look at it. Its all a scam and a fake.

A bunch of years ago there was an ad in the Chicago Sun Times for a year old Mercedes Benz for $500.Thinking it was at best a misprint and at worst a scam I didn't call it.It ended up making the news because it was true.Turns out a woman listed it,her husband had been fooling around on her and split,then had the stones to call her to sell the car and another and send him the proceeds.So she did,for $500,she figured it was the least she could for him.

Yeah, that's totally a scam. I was looking to buy a 1968 Dodge Charger last summer and found one for a pretty good price like that. Same exact story. Wanted to use that stupid eBay program and that I couldn't see the car cause it was in a shipping container in Florida. The seller needed the money for "surgery". It ended with me telling him to put it back on eBay, and sell it legitimately. Never heard back. Total BS.

Oh man does that sound familiar. My dad was checking out DeLoreans and came across one for $7K. He got some **** and bull story about why it was being sold (it was being sold by a widow's son for some not entirely believable reason). And it was in a shipping crate and the whole eBay thing. Except with this one the shipping crate was in Montana.
