Is it my Window Regulator?

Ok i have learned my lesson about buying parts before Im actually sure of the parts I need. My drive side window rolls up and down with no problem, so im sure its not the motor. The problem is once the window gets pass halfway going up, it begins to go up off track. I have to hold the window with my fingers as i rolling it up for it to stay on track. I was told that it could possibly be the regulator but I just want to get some opinions before I purchase a new regulator off ebay.

Pull the door panel off to see what is going on inside. Then you'll know what to get.
