Way to go go Merc.:2thumbs:
594 hp 558.49 tq One more pull and were are done. 10 seconds class here we go. Editing sig. This is on a 3.0 pulley. I can step down lower with a 2.76 to make 23 pounds. You can't do this with a eaton.

Alright! How much boost did it make?
edit: Oh, you already put it in the sig, 20 lb!

It's a automatic with a convertor. The numbers are not equal like stick cars:beer: Shorty headers are slowing me down also.

Yep basic generic math with 21-24% powertrain loss would put the car around 725-750hp/678-695tq at the crank. I bet that mofo is going to fly down the track! :burnout:
When will be it's first track outing?

The point is you really don't need 10-20 more HP at 600 HP you need TORQUE off the line.
GREAT numbers Mark and the best of luck at PINKs. PLEASE post a video of the run as soon as you can. We all what to see it.

I used to think the same thing it is a % loss but that is incorrect it is a fixed loss assuming the same drive train. I think the fixed amount is ~62HP loss. This is based on 302 Crank vs 240RWHP for a stock car.

Oh
My
Gods!
That is friggin awesome! Man, I can not wait to watch you at the track! Congrats.
That is some pretty impressive power.
Id bet my next paycheck the timing has to be backed down considerably when you hit the street though.
Dyno HP and Street HP are never the same, especially on a Big car with HUGE loads on the street.

The car started a 12 and ended at 18, and backed down to 15 on the street, and increased to 19 on the track.

The car feels controllable, but hopefully traction will be my friend.

John you are in a class of your own. I don't think I can challenge you unless you want to speed walk the 1320.
