For the longest time my Addco bar would make a god awful squeak when I hit bumps... Occsionally Id take it all apart to grease it and all was good again.
Well last month I bought ES Greasable bushings. Fit perfect, greased em up and no more squeaks....
Fast forward about 2000 miles and all the grease pushed out and it squeaks like a pig in heat.

Stock Front Bar is going back on I think. I HATE aftermarket parts.

What grease are you using?

I use Mobil 1 synthetic chassis grease and I do the fronts and rears once every 6 months. My rear squeaks sooner and more than the front one does.

hmm thats odd. Both my front & rear are pretty quite...
What kind of bushing are u using?

I do notice my front does slide a lil bit from side to side... every time I'm under the car the sway bar is in a slightly different position.

I put mine on maybe 6-7 years ago, they have the non-greaseable bushings. First I wrapped teflon tape around the sway bar, then I put Mobil1 synthetic grease on the bushings. Never touched them since.

I did add some split bushings from the hardware store, clamped around the bar right next to the bushings to prevent the bar from moving side-to-side. Before adding those, it would move far enough that it damaged the boots on the sway bar end links and I had to replace the end links.

I used marine grease I got from a local boatyard when I installed mine and haven't heard a peep since...that was at least 5 years ago.

Zack - I used energy suspension greasable busshings and have only greased them once in 2 years. FWIW...

Also running ENS greaseable bushings-

no problems at all.

Steve drills and taps the sway bar brackets and he drills a small hole through the bushing so it can be lubricated. I have NEVER had a Addco sway bar fail if installed properly. And I know Zack knows how to install a sway bar, it's just bad luck in my opinion, and I respect yours.

When I first got my bars the addco bushins were greased with marine grease and they squeaked like a pig on both the front and rear. I installed the ES greasable bushins and they have been quiet ever since. The rear ES greasable bushin needed a bracket modification to work properly but it was well worth it in the end.
