I'd like one for speed zone/revenue collection cameras, like they have in DC and Mountgomery County!

I'd mount a fake plate behind my DMV plate that would read:

I was on my motorcycle riding around the city and I look over at a Ford Explorer and these kids in the back seat flop a monster dildo out the window! I was like what the hell?!?!? I ignored it because the kids were being retarded but I definitely found it funny afterwards... Just didn't want them to know I found it funny

Most likely. Was that all you got a ticket for? Fight and say you replaced it same day right after the stop

Most of those are "compliance" stuff. Go in and show them proof you fixed it. As for the seatbelt, you deserved that one.
